RIM.RDB [Rim Technology]

RIM.RDB is a relational DBMS for scientific and engineering applications.Up to 50 users can simultaneously access a database, with locking at thedatabase or relation level. Data integrity is insured with multiplepassword levels, constraint rules, referential integrity, and multi-userdeadlock protection.Data types include: integer, real double precision, data, time, andtext. Fixed variable length vectors and matrices are available forstoring numerical values. Statistical functions include standarddeviations, variances, least square fit, and "best fit" of linearsubspaces.Database access can be performed interactively or from batch files, fromthe optional Report Writer or Full-Screen Interface, and from applicationprograms.
